In short, it's an arrangement between you and a larger brokerage/bank that allows you to operate as an agent of the larger broker/brank in such a way that permits you to close loans in all of the states the brokerage/bank is licensed in. So if we're licensed in over 30 states then, as a net branch, you'd be able to close loans in over 30 states, too.

This is a great advantage to many small brokers because you'll be able to close out-of-state loans. In this market you can't afford to lose loans due to lack of proper licensing or because you can't get approved with certain lenders. We offer several programs for potential applicants. The first program is a Per Loan charge of $395. The second option is a flat monthly fee of $1,500 for closing up to 30 loans in a month. The last program is for branch recruiters. This program pays you a residual on all the loans your recruited branches close.
